There will be Baptism on 28th jULY 2012 at Kanyama Central time 13:00hrs. All Churches to prepare.

All Churches to worship from the Crusade Site Chinika High School Ground

All Children Choirs to attend. The Children should be accompanied by their Leaders. Time 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. Please carry packed lunch.

All V.O.P Leaders to forward the list of their V.O.P Students who wants to graduate. Date for graduation will be communicated to you later. Forward them to the District V.O.P Leader Elder Chaalu from Capital S.D.A Church.

There will be Ambassador Survival Camp from 27th to 29th July in Chipapa. Fees K25,000.00. Deadline for payments is 25th July 2012.

There will be District Crusade from 8th to 28th July 2012 hosted by Chinika S.D.A Church. Venue Chinika High School Ground.

There will be Adventurer Fun Day on 22nd July 2012 at Kalundu Basic School. Registration Fee is K2,000 each. Deadline for payments is 18th July 2012 all to go as Churches.

All Churches to identify Double and Single Orphans in their Churches from Nursery School to Grade 7. Please send the list to District Secretariat by Wednesday 11th July 2012.

There will be Church Heritage workshop on Sunday 8th July 2012 at Kanyama South East Church from 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs. To attend all Youths and Ambassadors. Please carry packed lunch.

Attached to the announcements is a list of Singing Groups participating at the Christ Our only Hope Crusade at Chinika Grounds to attend on their respective dates.

Attached to the announcements is a Stewardship Evaluation Form. The SSPC Secretaries should fill the form and bring it back to the District Secretariat by Sunday 8th July 2012.

All Family Life Leaders to meet at Kanyama Central on Sabbath 7th July 2012 at 13:30 hrs.

There will be Youth Alive Camp in December 2012 in Mumbwa. Fees K170,000 for food and registration. Deadline for payments is 31st October 2012. To attend all Ambassadors and all Youths.

All Churches should register their Churches this month. The ten people you put on that form should go to Force Headquarters for fingerprints. If anyone had a criminal record please replace him or her. This must be done without fail to avoid closure of Churches.

There will be Big Sabbath on 23rd June at Nkoloma Stadium. All members to worship there from 08:00hrs to 13:00hrs. Thereafter all Church members to go back to their churches for Bible studies. All Church and Admin Elders will meet the Executive Secretary at Government Complex at 14:00 hrs.

There will be Women Ministries Week of Prayer from 24th - 30th June 2012 in all Churches. Attached is a list of preachers. All Admin Elders and Campany Leaders will be Second Preachers. Branches to worship from mother churches or churches to provide preachers for the Branches.

Registration fee for Church Heritage is K10,000

The Registration has been extended. Payment by Sabbath is K20,000 after Sabbath or at the Camp it will be K30,000, transport and food will be K115,000.
